Getting up to speed with Zope

Learning about Zope has been on my todo list all year it seems. This document seems to spell out the basics of getting it up and running under OsX (covering several versions), so maybe I'll actually make it there this weekend.

Another reason for wanting to grok what's happening in Zope and Python has been furious pace of development activity happening there: Python.org, PythonCard, Dive Into Python, and of course the OSAF and the direction they seem to be going with Chandler.

After writing this earlier yesterday as a note to myself, I happened to go out to the bookstore last evening (a local Borders). Python is certainly growing; it owns about almost a full shelf by itself (roughly 3.5 feet?) and there were several Zope books scattered about elsewhere.
