Neal Deakin at XUL Planet has a list of 101 things you can do in Mozilla that you can't do in Internet Explorer, at least in the Windows version. I am using Mozilla 1.1 all the time now on OSX 10.2.1 at home and Win2K at work. Chimera will probably get the nod about version 0.9 at home. I love that rich tabbed browsing flavor and popup ad blocking goodness. Plus, reason #101, 'Giant lizards are cool' is cross platform. [Tom, Rafé]

"In a quarterly 10-Q statement submitted to the SEC on Friday, Lockheed Martin, owner of 46% of Space Imaging, concluded that the satellite imaging company required additional funding in order to both continue its current business and fund replacement spacecraft. "In light of current market conditions, it is uncertain as to whether Space Imaging will be successful in attracting the necessary additional funding," the filing stated. The filing also noted that Space Imaging will likely need "long-term commitments and funding" from the US government for satellite imagery; no such arrangements current exist. Lockheed Martin previously agreed to guarantee $150 million in loans for Space Imaging, of which $140 million has already been committed." [spacetoday.net]
?!? This sounds like BS. I'll have to float this by Audrey when she gets back and see how it resonates. I'd like to hear what a certain 'ablogamous person' thinks about Lockheed's statement as well.
