As regards blogroll formatting, mine is riddled with inconsistencies. I'm torn between following Mike Sanders' practice of referring to bloggers by name or, alternatively, respecting the soubriquets that many bloggers have adopted. Regard it as a work in progress, in need of constant improvement.
