Tea Notes
Mac Net Journal pointed out an
article about tea on Kuro5hin.
I have never liked the taste of coffee, so my caffeine habits
have long been met about 95% of the time by tea, the rest by
various colas. And chocolate.
Anyway, another place to read more about tea than you're ever
likely to need to know is the FAQ from rec.food.drink.tea .
Here are handy links:
My favorite teas are usually called "English Breakfast";
Harney and Sons
make the one I like best, though their tea bags
are badly made — probably showing their disdain
for folks (like me) who even use tea bags at all.
Commonly available EBT's that I find reasonable are
Twinings, Stash, and the rarer Bigelow. The Celestial
Seasonings EBT sucks — weak and watery, nothing
like the rich dark liqueur that EBT should be.
