Sounds philosophical. In between two songs on Limbik Frequencies the other day I heard the voice of Monty Python's John Cleese asking interesting questions. Cleese has recorded many such short spots; I found the whole mp3 collection on the "No Dogs or Philosophers Allowed" site. I've inserted several into my playlist. Here are some of my favorites: What to fear, Century, Information, Reachable Stars. But if you listen to just one, make that Tabloid. [Seb's Open Research] 1:32:39 PM ![]() |
Daily Philosophical Quotation Look back at the eternity that passed before we were born, and mark how utterly it counts to us as nothing. This is a mirror that Nature holds up to us, in which we may see the time that shall be after we are dead.Is there anything terrifying in the sight anything depressing anything that is not more restful than the soundest sleep?
