Dave says that the name of the new Jobs book is a 'double double entendre'. Actually I can think of at least two other meanings, on top of the two Dave already listed:
icon: One who is the object of great attention and devotion; an idol.
and icon, short for iConference, this one is a strech but it's what first occured to me when I saw the title.
So what does that make it? A double double double entendre? ;)
