Software copyright protection and software patents are big news right now. Another place that Open Source has the best model going forward. Anyway, here's the take on the copyright issue from Yale Law School. Humour in our beleaugered times. I'm reminded of a favorite scrolling screen saver at my office, "You are not as cool as you think!" I get your point.
