2004 Presidential Election

Cory Doctorow is making the case that Internet technologies are going to shape much of the 2004 Presidential Election in a column in today's Boston Globe [August 24, 2003, "Net gains"]. Says Doctorow, " Steering is far harder than speeding up or slowing down, but bit by bit, the Internet is learning how."
