2004 Presidential Election

Denver is in the spotlight in the controversy around President Bush's military record, according to the Rocky Mountain News [February 12, 2004, "Denver official: Bush's Guard exit normal"]. From the article, "The Denver office that collected President Bush's National Guard records says his early exit from the Guard to pursue his education was not unusual. Bush left his six-year commitment to the Texas National Guard after a little more than five years to attend Harvard Business School in the autumn of 1973."

Josh Marshall is all over the story on Talking Points Memo. TalkLeft is pointing to webloggers that are interviewing people that served with the President. BlogsForBush has some information here and here.

John Kerry is way ahead in Wisconsin according to the American Research Group. The numbers show Kerry 53%, John Edwards 16%, and Howard Dean with 11%. Thanks to Taegan Goddard for the link.
