2004 Presidential Transition Stygius: "John Bolton's nomination hearing for UN Ambassador was scheduled for Thursday, but has been postponed to next week. Republican Senator Lincoln Chafee (RI) has signalled that he may vote No on Bolton. This would split the Foreign Relations Committee 9-9, essentially killing the nomination." 7:04:42 AM
