Rasmussent Reports: "Fifty-seven percent (57%) of Americans say that 'Senate rules should be changed so that a vote must be taken on every person the President nominates to become a judge.' A Rasmussen Reports survey found that just 26% disagree. If the Senate rules are changed, most Americans (51%) say the Democrats should NOT follow through on their threat to use other rules that would effectively shut down the Senate. Just 26% believe the Democrats should retaliate in that manner."
