Stygius: "Senator Frist, who was threatening to hold a cloture vote on the John Bolton nomination today, is instead threatening to hold the vote on Monday now. His threats are obviously having a huge effect. Quite the parliamentarian, our Dr. Frist. This week's exercise, accusing the Democrats of obstructionism, blew up in his face given White House obstructionism. Thus, I don't see what more Frist has to bargain with that will make losing on Monday worthwhile."
