Daily Kos: "An update on the Bolton nomination, via Steve Clemons and the Boston Globe. It looks like Bolton's nomination is now dead in the Senate, leaving President Bush with two options: step around the Senate with a 'recess appointment' over the very short July 4th recess, which would allow Bolton to hold the position until the end of the next Congress, 18 months from now -- or withdraw Bolton's nomination."
