Colorado Water Here's an article from the Cortez-Journal about the lack of details in early reports generated by the Animas-La Plata project. From the article, "In April 2002, the Bureau of Reclamation complied a seven-page construction cost estimate of the project. Compared to a similar report done more than a year later that spanned 33 pages, costs of three major pieces of the project increased from as little as one-third more to as high as three times as much, according to documents obtained by The Durango Herald through a federal Freedom of Information Act request." 7:59:24 AM
