Colorado Water
Here's an article from the Cortez Journal about the various water bills introduced in this year's legislative session. I like the one that wants us to dry up the Denver Aquifer before tapping Rainy side water.
Water users in the Dolores River drainage have formed the Dolores River Dialogue to discuss stream flows.
