A picture named moaburanium.jpgColorado Water

Well I'll be darned if it doesn't look like the downstream rights owners on the Colorado River might win two days in a row. An email from the Rocky has this blurb about radioactive junk on the river in Utah: "Gov't proposes moving nuke waste in Utah The Energy Department on Wednesday proposed to move a huge pile of radioactive waste away from the banks of the Colorado River - a victory for environmentalists and Western politicians who fear the debris could poison the Southwest's major source of drinking water."

Coyote Gulch wonders if it could be the big mound on the west side of the Colorado south of Moab?
