Denver Water has put off a decision on watering restrictions, according to the Denver Post [April 14, 2005, "Limits on watering wait till May"]. From the article, "Snowpack in the Colorado River and South Platte watersheds, which supply water for the utility, was at 98 percent and 82 percent of average on Wednesday."
