Denver Business Journal: "Marc Holtzman was dealt another blow on Monday in his bid to become governor.
"Denver District Judge Robert Hyatt on Monday ordered Holtzman's name removed from the Aug. 8 primary ballot, but stayed his order for 48 hours to give the candidate time to appeal. A Republican, Holtzman failed to collect enough valid signatures to land on the ballot, according to the Colorado secretary of state."
