From The Rocky Mountain News, "Jon Caldera and Linda Gorman of the conservative-leaning Independence Institute will meet with the Colorado Legislative Council staff Jan. 23 to discuss the proposed amendment. It is a short amendment that would not allow the state to mandate coverage for all of its residents. Coloradans would not be denied the right to purchase private health insurance in any other state, the amendment says...Caldera wants the proposed amendment to appear on the November ballot."
