Nearly 87.8% of registered voters in Colorado voted in one way or another in the November 2nd election, according to the Rocky Mountain News [December 15, 2004, "Fall vote turnout was nearly 88%"]. Denver County was at 70%. Here's the link to the Secretary of State's official results.
