Instant Almost Not In An Instant

I've been thinking of resurrecting http://NewJazzThing.EditThisPage.com to use it for a demonstration platform of the Server side of UserLand Software, since we are somewhat familiar with but still not real close to...the Client side, Radio UserLand, used to blog this. On to the first test, hopefully needing both server and client sides...

Instant Outlines. Woa, almost got sidetracked when google led me down a path that I'll have to double back to after I at least attempt an IO. or two.
