Firewire QandA The Videoguys answered some questions about digital video (DV) and Firewire. Looks like I need to get a capture card that can Firewire into my PC. And then borrow Paul's Sony DCR-TRV230 a lot. Some very cool features like real-time converting and downloading from an analog source, like your Video camera (non-digital), your VCR (?), Your DVD (?), Your TV? The guys also look like the writers of The Desk Top Video Handbook, Getting Started Q&A. This helped answer lots of questions. 13GB per hour of raw digital video...woa. Big lightbulb. Big hardrive.
All the effort is looking toward the future of real-time blogging and to the past...3 weeks ago. Which is when we shot the video of Dave's 75th BDay with Paul's DV and haven't gotten very far with it. Thought I'd clue you in to the insanity of getting into this when there ain't...OK...done. |

Deskjet 722C Colors Off, All Purple-ish, Old and New Cartridge "Old cartridge, which feels nearly empty, and New cartridge, both are printing the same: only different shades of what looks like purple when ever an image or graphic is printed. Must be something the printer, right?"

hp deskjet 722c color problems all blues and purples If I don't find like-minded people tonight, then well meaning cards are questionable. Drats. These things always come up and this one has been hinting...OK droning...at each print session for a week or so. Putting it off, as usual.
There were lots of other interesting things today, but who knows if they'll make memory cut. |
