Re-radiations: More about listening around here from my main blog last April.

Yes, I know it's politically correct to hate Howard. He's cruel, lowbrow, (fill in the blank)-to-women, etc. But he's funny as hell and serves as my daily New Yawk fix. Kind of a cultural requirement. (Unlike, say, The Sopranos, which nails that Jersey Thing a bit too well and reminds me why I no longer live there.) Howard is also the perfect antidote to NPR when they open a story with a soporific inside-the-beltway line like "House and Senate conferees meet today..."

Pigging Out In the shower this morning I realized that I expect only four thiings out of my radio in the morning 1) NPR/PRI, 2) Local news/weather/sports; 3) Howard Stern; and 4) KPIG.

And The Pig is, as usual, perfet this morning.
