BTW, I'm back from vacation at Caneel Bay. The sun was great, especially considering that when I left Bangor, ME it was -13F. But by far the most important aspect was having a lot of time to spend with the kids -- being in the software biz definitely takes its toll in that area. The toughest challenge I face is probably finding the optimal balance of between those two areas of my life, knowing that there is no completely "good balance" to be found.
I plan to try and take more vacations like this last one. |
