I do NOT hate to say I told you so Handspring to developers: Remain calm. Despite announcing plans to eventually exit the traditional handheld organizer market, Handspring is trying to reassure developers it is not doing so anytime soon. [CNET News.com] I've always thought that mergers and acquisitions create problems for companies, unless the acquirer is a giant, the clash of culture will create enough problems to, at least, slow the company down.
