A Shareware author who thinks piracy hurts his bussiness, makes a long argument to conclude that... surpirse! piracy hurts his bussiness

Now look at this (from Dict.org):

1. The act or crime of a pirate.

2. (Common Law) Robbery on the high seas; the taking of property from others on the open sea by open violence; without lawful authority, and with intent to steal; -- a crime answering to robbery on land.

Do you really want to call people who use software without respect to licenses pirates? That is considering using software ilegally the same as Robbery on the high seas; or the taking of property from others on the open sea by open violence; I think this fight would be more succesful if more appropriate language was used.

At the end of this phase of my experience -- I'm sure much new frustration lies ahead as I delve more deeply in an effort to wean myself completely off OS 9 -- I felt that it would have been somewhat easier to move from OS 9 to WinXP than from OS 9 to OS X. The differences were pretty stark, but the near-similarities were annoying as heck.
