Copy-protected CDs slide into stores. A security company says it has released more than 10 million copy-protected CDs in the United States and Europe, highlighting ongoing endeavors to combat digital piracy.
Here is a great idea for an internet service. Show proof that you bought a copy protected CD and I will give you access to the Mp3s of all the songs or, for a small fee, I will send you an unprotected CD.
How much will you be willing to pay?
Would you return the CD afterward?

Two years ago today Jason Snell said that the one-person Web is dead. Heh. Keep dreaming. [Scripting News]
Ha! Jason Snell is the sole reason I stop subscribing to MacWorld. Got into an e-mail insults fight with him, I am glad whenever he is wrong! I am glad often...
By the way, fron time to time I get resubscribed to MacWorld without doing anything and then I get bills, which I ignore, saying "You have received your last issue of MacWorld, blah blah blah" I wish! I won't subscribed to MacWorld until Mr. Snell is fired and I get a letter of apology...

I'm back! Went to Saint Marteen, great beaches, great restaurants... My country is still falling apart, but had the decency of waiting for my return before collapsing into chaos...
