Doc (in Skywave) explains to Brian a Real Networker what he means when he says that Real sucks
Brian: Oh, and one last thing, Doc. have you ever told anyone at Real that Real Sucks? If not, shame on you.
Doc:As for talking to people from Real, I've done it before, though I don't remember names. I hope I get a chance to buttonhole Rob Glaser when he's at PC Forum, though I'm not hopeful about changing his views, which seem pretty set.
I have also tell people at Real that Real sucks, but you know what? Their service also sucks!
The good thing about this discussion is that it has answer a long standing question of mine... Yes, the people that make Real Player do not know it sucks! Oy.
