IBM Releases Desktop Linux Presentation [Slashdot]
I've said it many times before... This is bullshit... Did they use Linux in the presentation? How? Is there a Linux distribution capable of changing the resolution and adding displays without loging out and back in? I don't think so... The only reason a lot of people install Linux is because they keep Windows on the same machine. The idea that this count as "Linux Desktops" is stupid. So is the notion that Linux is gaining on the Mac. Do you know anyone that uses Desktop Linux exclusively? I don't... and I like Linux!

We have become a Latin American country! We just beat Colombia at soccer in Barranquilla! Between that and the threat of violence to impede voting in two weeks, we are just like everyone else...
