Weird decision yesterday by the Electoral Council it has suspended the recall vote for mayors and state governor asked for the chavistas. My brother Miguel has, rightly, pointed out that these recalls didn't make much sense, since the regular elections for those post are but a few months away. That's a reason not to accept the recall petition, but I can't figure out a reason to accept them and then cancel them... Is this a covert trick by Chavez that we don't understand yet? 7:06:41 AM  What do you think? ( Thoughts) Who linked? []
