Is this the beginning of the end? Very much related to what I was talking about not long ago. Chavez prefers a method that increases corruption (a bank only has to buy these two guys who are probably good friends anyway) to a method that either shows his ideology (all the money is mine to do as I please) or follows logic... This isn't socialism is just corruption.
