Using Radio 7.0.1 in Classic while running a browser in OS X works but it's a bit complicated. This is especially so since I keep trying out different browsers and then taking a break from Radio for a while. Let's see if I can get this straight.

Using ie 5.1 I can consistently get MUOTD to work using "http://localhost/UserLand". But the images do not load. Edit with Radio buttons on the Manila site do not work as they link to 127.0.0.1. My workaround is to copy the link to the clipboard, paste it in the browser's go field and then replace the not working IP with localhost. Cumbersome but it works.

OmniWeb also does not show images. In addition it will not work with either local host of 127.0.0.1. It will only work with the actual IP address inserted. Running tcp.myDottedID () in a quickscript in Radio will help here.

iCab does show the images. But other than that it behaves exactly as OmniWeb does.

Opera behaves exactly as iCab does.

In short there's not perfect solution. ie at least allows for a bookmark for MUOTD. But Manila is still a problem.

JavaScript:

yes for ie and OmniWeb
no for iCab and Opera
