Be Incorporated Files Suit Against Microsoft for Violations of Antitrust Laws 'Be Incorporated (NASDAQ:BEOS) announced today it has filed suit against Microsoft Corporation for the destruction of Be's business resulting from the anticompetitive business practices of Microsoft.
