WiFi + planes = warflying
We took off on parallel runways and flew in formation throughout the flight. While the planes were next to each other, we set up an in-flight wireless network and did a videoconferencing session from plane-to-plane. WiFi in the sky! Additionally, we performed a wireless network survey during the flight and found about 4000 access points.

QuickTime 6.5.1 adds Lossless Encoder, improves AAC
In conjunction with Wednesday's release of iTunes 4.5, Apple has also posted an update to QuickTime, the company's core audio and video media handling technology for both Mac OS and Windows. iMovie update improves performance, reliability
Apple on Wednesday released iMovie 4.0.1, an updated version of the digital video editing application the company includes as part of its iLife 04 software suite. The new version improves performance when working with large projects, increases reliability when opened, when titles are added to the timeline and when third-party plug-ins are removed, and more. Apple: Pepsi iTunes promo pulled in 5 million songs
Pepsico Inc.'s promotion of Apple's iTunes Music Store fell well short of Apple's expectations, according to the company's Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Communications, Katie Cotton. Cotton told Cnet that five million songs have been redeemed thus far. According to the terms of the promotion, which expires Friday, up to 100 million songs could have been given away. [MacCentral]
