Thank you Radio dudes, this makes life much easier :-) - New Radio 8 feature. Now you can post to categories without posting to the home page. If you have categories enabled, there's a new checkbox, the first one, called Home Page (it effectively becomes a category). By default it's checked. Now you can easily publish multiple weblogs, going to lots of different locations, from one edit box. Screen shot. [Scripting News]

The latest Enron twist. Any chance he wrote a check to the Enron employees survival fund before checking out ? ;-) // Maybe we can push this as a way to rid the world of all the Enron crooks ? Must put the write the check step in before the last trigger step in this process. This way we save tons of time finding all these knuckleheads and rounding up all the inside traders who made a fortune committing a crime.

So when there isn't any work in this failing economy, you have a lot of time to take in a movie. This is so not me but the Motorola (atleast until the next layoff) crowd will be glad to know this is happening. I missed the layoff screening (read matinee) but went anyway.
So, Oprah (yes, there is even time for her occasionally) says go see I Am Sam.
I concur, this is a good movie. If you have a heart beating in your chest, you will love it and there will be tears. I left the contacts home expecting it. If tears are not for you, pass on this one. Very formulaic, you've seen it before but it works in spite of all you know is coming.
Other thoughts:
- Somebody please feed Michelle Pfeiffer some more marshmellows. She has become the ultimate lollipop head. So gaunt I think she's Michael's (that's Jackson not M. Jeff the ex-dad) other sister.
- Note the microphone hanging into the frames in atleast 1 out of every 4 shots.
- The soundtrack will be great. It is all Beatles covers. A lot of over priced talent (Znuff would have done much better). Note the link is Best Buy as Amazon is on my *!#t list at the moment. I'd link this to my previous post but haven't figured that out yet. Look down.
- Beatles stuff all over this movie, I mean all over.
- A bunch of TV folks throughout too, including the West Wing guy, one of the Boston Public teacher's who is Lipschultz's foil Marla something and Once & Again's Grace's mom's sister. How is that for knowing all these folks names ? my wife could tell you.
- Though, I'm not a Sean Penn fan, he is excellent.
If you know what you are getting into, this one is worth the price of admission.
