Post-mortem for an XP project. [ From java.net ] When the game company Mistaril decided to make its first available-by-download game, they also decided to use "a slightly modified version of the eXtreme Programming (XP) software development process." They've written and posted a post-mortem that explains what went right, what went wrong, conclusions they drew and recommendations for future projects.
