Well I'm back with the gym program at Goodlife, and so ... it turns out that if you don't work out for six months, then start up again, you'll find you've made NEGATIVE PROGRESS. It's depressing. I have this little card to record all my sets & reps and stuff, and all my numbers have gone way down since my last time which was on ... (cough) ... June 12 or something.
