In a New York Post editorial Ralph Peters shows that the agreement by Turkey to dispatch 10,000 troops into Iraq is not as Instapundit Glenn Reynolds states a sign that Turkey thinks the US is winning in Iraq but a sign that Turkey expects the American presence in Iraq to end in failure allowing their troops to move into Kurdish areas.
