Interview with Bruce Eckel. This is from the Python 9 conference (May 2001), but it is still relevant and one of the best overviews of the benefits of Python compared to other languages and one of the only short videos (approximately 25 minutes, streaming) covering Python. Bruce is the author of Thinking in Java.
