"What kind of peace do I mean? What kind of peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war. Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, the kind that enables men and nations to grow and to hope and to build a better life for their children - not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women - not merely peace in our time but peace for all time." -- JFK

Friends don't let friends use Microsoft operating systems.

Just one example today... Bundled -- to leverage their desktop monopoly to beat AOL -- with the OS you get MSN Messenger. You don't have to ever even use MSN Messenger, and it still allows anyone on the internet to take over your computer.

<fud>How would you like a terrorist to use your computer to relay messages, and then have John Ashcroft put you in solitary confinement 23 hours a day for months or years without even charging you with a crime? People with brown skin should not use MS.</fud>

Washington Post: "The attack doesn't happen through the chat client, so as long as you have MSN Messenger installed, if I send you a special URL, I can own you," said Marc Maiffret, Eeye's "chief hacking officer."
