Wahoo, my copy of Borland C++ Builder 6 arrived today! I'm such a geek. The install and registration went smoothly.
Important lesson here if you are designing software: When you register Borland asks you if you already have a membership in the Borland community. If you do have a membership the only information you have to enter is your community username and password. That's it. Two pieces of information. This is a very cool feature and gives me a good first impression of the software. I'm already thinking that these people were using their brains and thinking about how to make my life easier. First impressions are important. What's the first impression your customers get from your software?
