Sprint wants to go paperless
SprintPCS wants to stop sending me paper bills and have me view my bill online. Fine with me. Happy to do it.
But I want something for it.
They're saving a bunch of money doing this. They've been incrementally chipping away at the benefits of my service for years (lost 1st incoming minute free a few years ago, -- and night and weekend minutes now start at a far less usable 9pm instead of 8pm). And they're going to contiue to do that -- which I don't begrudge them in the least. But this is a transaction, and all they're giving me, as you can see in the attached link, is a chance to win a usage credit. I'll trade the chance for, say $5/month in additional services.
