Rory Perry's Weblog Law, technology, and the courts Interview about public info and the Internet I just finished an interview with a local Associated Press reporter about using the Internet to deliver public information about the courts. I told him about our webcast, about the availability of court opinions on the site and by e-mail, and especially about my recent use of Radio to deliver weblog pages and RSS public information feeds. I mentioned to the interviewer that I was especially surprised last week to see several referrals from Google-translated pages on the court weblog, when interest was about ongoing asbestos litigation was especially keen. Little did I know that Austrian-speaking searchers for "US Supreme Court asbestos stay" would find what they need on a weblog page written by a West Virginia court clerk. 3:49:41 PM [Permanent Link]
