Rory Perry's Weblog Law, technology, and the courts Apple documents to be produced in Lindows.com trial In the ongoing trademark dispute between Lindows.com and Microsoft, the US District Court for the Western District of Seattle has ordered Microsoft to produce 300 or so boxes of material regarding its prior suit with Apple Computer. The orders aren't available from the court site without a PACER account, (login here if you have one; the case number is C01-2115C) but Lindows.com has posted many of the documents from the case at this link. (But the discovery order does not yet appear to have been posted.) See these news stories for more: [The Register, Seattle Times] 5:19:18 PM [Permanent Link]
