There's a lot for me to catch up on, having been very occupied over the last two weeks with duties at the Court, but I'm keeping up with exciting developments like the announcement of Cornell's new US Supreme Court rss/xml feeds (1, 2), now duly added to my sidebar.

As always, I enjoy reading Rick Klau, Denise Howell, Ernie Svenson and Howard Bashman for a gratifying mix of nationwide appellate news, technology insight, and personal perspectives on both lawyering and just plain being in this world. When I'm less short-handed in the office (by summer), I'll be using this space to share knowledge a great deal more than I am now.
