Rory Perry's Weblog Law, technology, and the courts New e-government weblog
A tip o' the hat and note of encouragement to Paul Taylor, Chief Strategy Officer at the Center for Digital Government, who was started an e-government weblog called FastGov. Thanks to David Fletcher for the link. 3:45:35 PM [Permanent Link]Best of luck to Howard Bashman Best of luck to Howard Bashman, author of the closely-watched How Appealing weblog, who announced today that he will be opening his own practice next week devoted to appellate litigation. A year and a half ago, I had this praise for Howard's weblog: "Your blog not only has timely and powerful substance, it goes a long way toward making appellate litigation less inscrutable, thereby promoting open access to the courts through knowledge sharing. Keep up the good work!" Howard has indeed kept up the good work, which, I imagine, will inure to his benefit in developing a new practice. 3:37:57 PM [Permanent Link]
