Looking for great figurative sculpture

Interesting idea, reminiscent of 19th century enthusiasm for human progress and creativity. There should be more such competitions. The Viselaya Figurative Sculpture Competition is a juried exhibition of figurative sculpture for outdoor display. This competition has been established to promote and advance the figurative tradition in sculpture, and to recognize the best living artists working in this tradition.
