Looks like the lads in white coats have the green light again for StemCell research. An article over at Wired talks about a video clip of a mouse that apparently recovered from a spinal cord injury. This was shown at a California State Senate hearing and spoke well of the viability of stem cell research. Also speaking on behalf of the research were a number of disabled people, putting human faces on the pleas for more research.
Regardless of all the Pros and Cons for Stem Cell research I believe that the benefits will outway the problems and it will come to pass sooner or later. We as humans will always find both good and bad ways to exploit new technology, it's just a matter of creating the right legislation that controls stem cell research. Sure some parties will do the wrong thing but that shouldn't stop what could potentally cure a lot of human health problems.

Whoo hoo! Back after a spell due to a dud power supply. I knew I should of shelled out a few more dollars on my PC case. That's what I get for being a cheap bastard.
May the Swartz be with you. For those of you who are big Star Wars fans like me, you can view a new Star Wars Episode 2 trailer here. I'm not sure how good this movie is going to be. It looks like a it will be a little too 'Disney' for my liking but we might be pleasantly surprised.
