activeRenderer and Self-Updating

I've added version control for the CSS and Javascript external components of the activeRenderer tool.

At installation, the tool will replace any versions of the outliner.css and outliner.txt files in the activeRenderer folder only if their version numbers are lower than those in the tool's activeRendererData table.

A version number is a decimal value, preceded by the string 'version', entered as a comment in the Javascript or CSS file.

Considering I will never provide version numbers higher than 99, anybody customizing his version of the files would modify their current version numbers using decimal values above 100.

This way, the files will not get written over when the activeRenderer tool updates itself.

Simone has told me earlier today that he has uploaded a version of activeRenderer on eVector's update server.

My last step before releasing the tool is validating activeRenderer's auto-update feature.
