When did shouting replace reasoned debate ? Or more accurately, when was the last time you saw two people NOT shouting at each other on television when trying to prove their point-of-view was more valid than the other guy. Not for years.... 11:40:03 PM    Notes [] Sponge Bob hits the big time The hosts on a talking-head show on CNBC is falling all over Sponge Bob. Very strange thing to happen..... apparently you can now get your "cultural brownie points" by mentioning Sponge Bob... though I'm not sure where the idea that it isn't violent is coming from.... have they ever watched it ? Someone is always getting hurt - Sponge Bob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Crab, etc. Of course it's not like they have a "Kenny".... 11:32:25 PM    Notes []
